If you have a new swimmer, age 9 or younger, please sign up for a safety screening session here. To help ensure safety at practices, we ask that swimmers demonstrate their ability to swim independently. Typically this means swimmers are able to swim a full lap with limited to no assistance. Final decisions on safety screenings will be made by the Head Coach. Safety screenings are in 10 minute sessions, so your swimmer can take multiple attempts if needed, and it is fine to try again in a later session. Additional sreenings will be held from 4:10 to 4:30 pm the first week of practice.

To sign up for a time slot use the job sign up functionality on this event. Sign up for a separate time slot for each swimmer.

Bring popsicles for all swimmers in the age group you sign up for. You will hand them out to all swimmers in that age group at the end of their practice time.
