We are excited to announce that HHST have partnered with the Marlins of Raleigh (MOR), and Coach Lindsay Takkunen, to hold a free swim clinic for all 7&Up HHST members. This Clinic will focus on Butterfly and will be held on the morning of Saturday, June 3rd. It is a great chance to refine your swimmer's Butterfly technique, and also learn more about what Year Round programs have to offer. Please see schedule details below, and don't miss this exciting opportunity!

6&Unders - 9:15am - 9:45am (normal practice time) 

7-10 - 9:45am - 10:15am (revised time) 

11&Up - 10:15am - 11:00am (revised time) 

Please also note that Coach Lindsay (from MOR) is happy to stay after practice for any swimmers that would like to be evaluated for potential participation with the MOR year round swim team's 2023-2024 season beginning in September (MOR requires an evaluation prior to joining, and this is an easy way to fit that in if interested).
